This page covers requests to delete a HiveGlow account, personal information, or an identity link created through email, Google, Facebook or PayPal sign-in. Removing HiveGlow only from a third-party account does not necessarily delete records held by HiveGlow.

1. Submit a request

Email privacy@hiveglows.com with the subject “Account and data deletion request”.
State the email used for HiveGlow and, if available, the account ID and sign-in provider. Do not send a password, complete payment information or unnecessary identity document.
We may ask for proportionate information through a reasonably secure method to verify identity and protect the account.

2. What happens

After verification, we will delete or irreversibly anonymise account profile data and enabled third-party identity links that are no longer needed. Where reasonably possible and legally required, we will also instruct relevant processors to handle the deletion. Deletion may terminate access to order history, reservations, reviews and support history and may be irreversible. Public review content may be removed or anonymised as appropriate.

3. Information we retain

We may retain the minimum order, payment, refund, tax, accounting, delivery, consent, fraud-prevention, security, request-handling and audit records required by law or reasonably necessary to complete a transaction, prevent abuse, resolve a dispute, enforce an agreement or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Retained information is restricted to those purposes and retention periods. An active refund, chargeback, investigation or legal hold may delay part of the deletion.

4. Timing and outcome

We will confirm receipt within 7 days and normally complete a verified request within 30 days. A different statutory period or lawful extension may apply; if so, we will explain it. We will tell you when the request is completed, partially fulfilled or refused and provide the reason and available appeal or complaint route where required.

5. Third-party settings and contact

You may separately disconnect HiveGlow in the applicable Google, Facebook or PayPal account settings. Their independent records are controlled by their own policies. Questions and appeals may be sent to privacy@hiveglows.com.
