Welcome to HiveGlow. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and order cancellations can be requested.

1. Orders and Payments

All prices on our website are listed in the currency shown at checkout, unless otherwise stated.

By placing an order, you agree that:

the information you provide is true, complete, and up to date
you are authorized to use the selected payment method
your order may be subject to review before processing

All orders are subject to inventory checks, verification, and approval. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order.

Payments are processed through third-party platforms, such as available payment providers such as PayPal and Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.

We may cancel orders for reasons including:

suspected fraud or abnormal transactions
inaccurate or incomplete information
inventory issues
pricing or description errors
risk control system detection

If an order is canceled, the refund will be issued to the original payment method (some fees may apply where permitted by law).

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, exchange rate differences, and bank charges.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before processing or shipment
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled

Notes:

Please submit cancellation requests as soon as possible
Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has started
If cancellation is approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method
If the order has already been shipped, it must follow the return policy

3. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
You received the wrong item
The item is unused and remains in its original condition and packaging

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery, based on the shipping carrier’s delivery confirmation.

4. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 14 days after delivery.

You must provide:

order number
clear photos of the shipping label and outer packaging
clear photos of the item
clear photos showing the issue
a description of the problem

We may request additional evidence (such as videos or more photos).

All requests are subject to review, and we reserve the final decision.

If approved, we may:

send a replacement
issue a full or partial refund
provide another reasonable solution

Late submissions or insufficient evidence may result in rejection.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

items that have been used, altered, damaged, lit, or melted, or are no longer in original condition due to customer handling
products returned without prior authorization
clearance or final sale items (non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable)
returns due to personal reasons (such as change of mind), unless otherwise stated

6. Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be issued after we receive, inspect, and approve the returned item.

To be eligible, the item must:

have prior return authorization
be returned within the approved timeframe
be unused and in original condition and packaging
include all original accessories (if any)
not be lit, melted, used, altered, or damaged
show no signs of use, improper storage, or customer-caused damage
match the original order and approved return request

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. Partial refunds may be issued if the item value is reduced (where permitted by law).

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

7. Refund Processing Time

Inspection time: 1–3 business days after receiving the return
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on the payment provider)

Additional time may be required by banks or payment providers.

8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

the item is confirmed defective
we sent the wrong item

Notes:

original shipping fees are non-refundable
all return-related costs (shipping, duties, taxes, handling fees, etc.) are borne by the customer
we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments
items must be properly packaged, or refunds may be reduced or refused

9. Shipping

Shipping times shown on the website are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Order processing and shipping depend on inventory, payment verification, and processing requirements.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

customs clearance
logistics or shipping issues
incorrect address
weather or force majeure
government regulations

International orders:

customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees
customs delays are beyond our control

After shipment:

risk transfers to the customer (where permitted by law)

Incorrect address:

customer is responsible
reshipping may incur additional fees

10. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

To prevent fraud and abuse, all return and refund requests are subject to review.

We may reject or limit requests in cases of:

incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information
insufficient evidence
abnormal or excessive return behavior
suspected fraud or abuse

We may:

request additional verification (photos, videos, order details, etc.)
deny requests if information is not provided in time
restrict or suspend accounts involved in abuse or fraud
